In last year’s report, Gen AI was ranked as a critical reindustrialization investment by 77% of execs. This year, 66% of organizations believe AI (including agentic and Gen AI) will narrow the gap between offshore and onshore expenses.
Agentic AI wasn’t even on the list of critical emerging technologies when the survey for the 2025 report was conducted. Today, execs anticipate a wide range of applications:
